Shipping and Returns Policy
Peak Terpenes is proud to offer free priority shipping on all orders over $75 with substantial additional savings for bulk buyers and wholesalers. Items we carry typically ship within 1-3 business days, though custom terpene profiles and out of stock items may take extra time. Estimates will be provided and agreed upon at checkout.
We ship anywhere in the world using your choice between USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Our packages are sealed in heavy-duty smell-proof packaging that won’t attract any unwanted attention and are insured up to $50, though we can provide more upon request. Expedited shipping is also available upon request.
Due to the nature of vaporizer cartridges, filling supplies, terpenes, and diluents, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds. However, if your terpene order was incorrect, you can email us for instructions, and we’ll make it right. The same goes for our cartridges and filling supplies.
Payment and Refunds
At checkout, you agree to pay a certain amount per the pre-determined terms. If we don’t receive your payment, we reserve the right to charge for collections, interest, legal fees, and any other additional expenses deemed necessary to receive payment after the 30-day grace period.
All sales are final. However, your order can be refunded if you cancel your order before we fulfill and ship. Once the order has been fulfilled or shipped, no refunds will be issued. However, customer service is at the heart of everything we do. If you want a refund, get in touch! If we agree to refund your order, all you have to do is pay to ship the products back and a 25% restocking fee.
